This policy explains what personal information Carnivore Community (“we,” “us”) collects through carnivore-community.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and what you bought.
- Payment details: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Email signups: your email address and which list you joined (for example, the community newsletter or a restock alert).
- Device and usage data: collected automatically through cookies and similar tools, such as pages viewed, your browser and an approximate location from your IP address.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, including order and shipping emails.
- To send marketing emails if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe option, or you can email us to be removed.
- To run and improve the site, measure our advertising, and prevent fraud.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We share only what’s needed with the companies that help us run the store: our fulfillment partner, which packs and ships orders; shipping carriers; our payment processor; our website host; and email, analytics and advertising providers such as Google. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your session, understand how the site is used and measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout need them to work.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of the use of your information for targeted advertising. How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal reasons, and email signups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections at checkout. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
