Try your first bottle risk-free. If it’s not for you, email us at carncommunity@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number. Here’s what we refund:
- The bottle you opened: one opened bottle of each product in your order, even if it’s empty. You don’t need to send it back.
- Every unopened bottle: send them back unopened and we refund each one. Email us first and we’ll send you the return address. Return shipping is on you.
- Any other opened bottles: these aren’t refundable.
Refunds are based on what you paid per bottle: $39.99 for a single bottle, $33 a bottle in the 3-pack and $29.83 a bottle in the 6-pack. If your order had a discount, such as the Sunless Pair price, we refund what you actually paid. Shipping charges aren’t refunded unless we made a mistake. The guarantee covers one claim per customer.
Examples
- 1 bottle, opened: full refund, $39.99.
- 3-pack ($99), opened 1, sent 2 back: full refund, $99.
- 6-pack ($179), opened 1, sent 5 back: full refund, $179.
- 6-pack ($179), opened 2, sent 4 back: we refund one opened bottle plus the four you returned, five of six bottles: $149.17.
- Bigger orders work the same way: one opened bottle of each product, plus every unopened bottle you send back. On a $500 order, if you opened one bottle and return the rest, you get the full $500 back.
Damaged or wrong items
If a bottle arrives with its safety seal broken, or you got the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and of the lot number and expiration date on the label. We’ll send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you. A dented bottle with the seal intact doesn’t count as damaged. Lost packages are covered in our Shipping Policy.
Cancelling an order
Orders ship fast. If you need to cancel, email us right away. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. If it has shipped, the guarantee above still covers you.
When you’ll see your refund
We process refunds within 3 business days of your request, or of receiving your returned bottles. Your bank or card company may take another 5–10 business days to post it.
